The accident occurred at about 7:00 a.m. (0500 GMT) Sunday morning when a school bus rolled over on a main highway between the town of Sveg and Fagelsjo in the northern region of Harjedalen, central Sweden.

Swedish Television quoted sources saying that the bus was carrying passengers on their way to a ski trip. There were 59 people onboard, including 52 pupils from a secondary school and seven adults.
