Spanish stock market rises 0.37 pct Thursday

Spain's benchmark stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.37 percent on Thursday to close at 10,405.90 points, up from the 10,367.60 points Wednesday.

On Thursday session, ACS shares led rises, climbing 2.88 percent, followed by Grifols, ArcelorMittal, Repsol, Caixabank and DIA that rose 2.08 percent, 2.01 percent, 1.46 percent, 1.31 percent and 1.25 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Merlin shares led falls, losing 0.82 percent, followed by Indra A, Banco Sabadell, Ferrovial, Inditex and Bankia that lost 0.51 percent, 0.47 percent, 0.43 percent, 0.41 percent and 0.38 percent respectively.

Spain's risk premium closed at 131 points, up from the 125 points of Wednesday. The 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.66 percent, showing no big differences compared to Wednesday's. Endit
