Spanish stock market rises 0.84 pct

Spain's benchmark stock market index Ibex-35 rose by 0.84 percent on Tuesday to close at 10,389 points, up from the 10,302.90 points of Monday.

On Tuesday session, Banco Popular shares led rises climbing 3.24 percent, followed by Mapfre, Caixabank, ArcelorMittal, Tecnicas Reunidas and Acciona that rose 2.63 percent, 2.25 percent, 1.92 percent, 1.78 percent and 1.76 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Indra A shares led falls losing 0.63 percent, followed by Viscofan, Enagas, Inditex and IAG that lost 0.46 percent, 0.29 percent, 0.14 percent and 0.05 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 129 points and Spain's ten-year bond interest rate closed at 1.70 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Monday's closing time. Endit
