SW China earthquake affects 15,000 people

Rescuers convey relief goods in quake-hit Yangjiang Township of Yangbi County, southwest China's Yunnan Province, March 27, 2017. A 5.1-magnitude earthquake that jolted Yangbi County on Monday morning has affected the lives of 15,786 people.
