17 countries, regions to join Vietnam's 5th int'l trade fair on laboratory technology

A total of 17 countries and regions are expected to join the fifth International Trade Fair for Laboratory Technology, Analysis, Biotechnology and Diagnostics, or Analytica Vietnam 2017, which will be held here from Wednesday to Friday.

Speaking at a press briefing to introduce the event, Vietnam's National Agency for Science and Technology Information, the organizer, said the biennial fair draws participation of 120 companies from Britain, France, Japan, Germany, Italy, South Korea, Singapore and the United States among others, 25 percent higher than the number of firms in the previous edition in 2015.

Exhibitors will showcase the latest developments, equipments, solutions and services in analytical technology, measurement and quality control, laboratory technology, life sciences and biotechnology, among others.

Especially, the Analytica Vietnam 2017 will feature a joint pavilion by China-Germany-Singapore, reported Vietnam's state-run news agency VNA. Endit
