Gov't work report reiterates opposition to "Taiwan independence"

China will resolutely oppose and contain separatist activities seeking "Taiwan independence," a government work report to be delivered by Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Sunday said.

"We will never tolerate any activity, in any form or name, which attempts to separate Taiwan from the motherland," said the report available just before the opening of the annual session of China's top legislature. Endi
