Dollar changes hands in lower 114 yen zone in early trade in Tokyo

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 114 yen zone in early deals on Friday in Tokyo, principally in line with levels seen overnight in New York.

As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 114.35-36 yen compared with 114.35-45 yen in New York and 114.18-19 yen at 5 p.m. on Thursday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.0507-0508 dollars and 120.15-17 yen against 1.0502-0512 dollars and 120.13-23 yen in New York and 1.0539-0540 dollars and 120.34-38 yen in late Thursday afternoon trade in Tokyo. Endit
