British FTSE 100 decreases 0.38 pct on Friday

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Friday decreased by 0.38 percent, or 27.67 points, to 7,243.70 points.

Share price of International Consolidated Airlines Group increased by 4.46 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. Hikma Pharmaceuticals, Paddy Power Betfair, Pearson and United Utilities Group increased by 2.18 percent, 1.71 percent, 1.70 percent and 1.50 percent respectively.

Royal Bank of Scotland Group led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 5.29 percent, following by Antofagasta (5.11 percent), BHP Billiton (4.35 percent), Rio Tinto (3.00 percent) and Ashtead Group (2.85 percent). Endit
