He Lifeng appointed NDRC director

He Lifeng was appointed director of the National Development and Reform Commission, replacing Xu Shaoshi, China's top legislature said Friday.

Zhang Jun was named Minister of Justice to replace Wu Aiying.

Zhong Shan was appointed Commerce Minister to replace Gao Hucheng.

The appointments were announced at the closing meeting of the National People's Congress Standing Committee, which opened Wednesday. Endi
