Japanese Koyama wins men's Alpine skiing giant slalom

Japanese Alpine skier Yohei Koyama claimed the men's giant slalom gold medal at the Asian Winter Games here on Wednesday.

Koyama led both runs on the Teine New Slalom Course, registering a total winning time of 2 minutes, 17.51 seconds.

South Korean Kim Hyeon picked the silver in a combined time of 2:19.37 and Japanese Hideyuki Narita had the bronze in 2:20.24. Endit
