Cameroon arrive in Zambia for Africa Under-20 tournament

The Cameroon Under-20 national soccer team arrived in Zambia on Tuesday ahead of the start of the Africa Cup of Nations tournament this weekend.
The Junior Indomitable Lions became the first team to arrive for the tournament which starts on February 26, according to a statement posted on the website of Zambia' s soccer governing body, the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ).
Cameroon are placed in Group B alongside Senegal, South Africa and Sudan while hosts Zambia are in Group A alongside Egypt, Guinea and Mali.
This year' s event is the 20th edition which is held biennially and will run from February 26 to March 12.
Matches will be placed in two venues, the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola city on the Copperbelt Province and the National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka, the country's capital.
The group winners and runners-up will advance to the semifinals and qualify for the 2017 FIFA Under-20 World Cup. Endit
