U.S. dollar rises against most major currencies

The U.S. dollar climbed against most major currencies on Tuesday amid hawkish remarks from Federal Reserve officials.

In late New York trading, the euro fell to 1.0545 dollars from 1.0612 dollars, while the dollar bought 113.58 Japanese yen, higher than 112.88 yen in the previous session. Endit
