British FTSE 100 decreases 0.34 pct

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Tuesday decreased by 0.34 percent, or 25.03 points, to 7,274.83 points.

Share price of Capita increased by 3.89 percent, topping the gainers of the blue chips. Rolls-Royce Holdings, Sage Group, Worldpay Group and United Utilities Group increased by 3.46 percent, 2.13 percent, 1.68 percent and 1.42 percent respectively.

HSBC Holdings led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 6.54 percent, following by Mediclinic International (5.99 percent), Hargreaves Lansdown (3.01 percent), Royal Bank of Scotland Group (2.74 percent) and Randgold Resources (1.68 percent). Endit
