Spanish stock market falls 0.49 pct

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 0.49 percent on Tuesday to close at 9,315.20 points, down from the 9,361.30 points of Monday.

On Tuesday session, ArcelorMittal shares led falls losing 2.70 percent, followed by IAG, Melia Hotels, Tecnicas Reunidas, Banco Santander and AENA that lost 2.51 percent, 1.41 percent, 1.25 percent, 1.04 percent and 1.03 percent respectively.

On the other hand, DIA shares led rises climbing 2.54 percent, followed by Iberdrola, ACS, Acerinox, Enagas and Grifols that rose 0.57 percent, 0.35 percent, 0.32 percent, 0.09 percent and 0.05 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 117 points and Spain's ten-year bond interest rate closed at 1.63 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Monday closing time. Endit
