ISESCO denounces Mogadishu hotel terrorist attack

The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) has denounced Thursday the terrorist attack on a hotel in downtown Mogadishu, Somalia.

ISESCO deemed in a statement Wednesday's attack as a "heinous act" and a "crime against humanity and corruption on earth prohibited and criminalized by Islam."

The Islamic organ reiterated its support for its member state Somalia in its fight against terrorism.

The Al-Shabaab group claimed responsibility for the two truck bomb explosions that killed many and injured scores of people. Endit
