The following are news highlights in Kenyan media outlets on Wednesday.

-- Opposition coalition Cord and ruling party Jubilee leaders accuse each other of scheming to rig elections as voter listing goes on.

Opposition leader Raila Odinga claimed that government agencies are enlisting foreigners as voters but President Uhuru Kenyatta dismissed the claims noting it is his rivals that want the August elections rigged.

Meanwhile, the electoral agency admitted that more than 128,000 people share identification details in the voters' register, and promised to correct the anomaly. (Daily Nation)
