The following are the news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Tuesday.

-- Ethiopia and Djibouti have signed an agreement which enables them to establish a joint company that manages the Ethio-Djibouti Railways, Ministry of Foreign Affairs disclosed.

The railways have so far been handled separately by companies of the respective countries. (Ethiopian News Agency/ENA)

-- The Command Post established to oversee the implementation of the State of Emergency declared (in Ethiopia) last October reviewed its three-month performance on Monday.
