SW China's Yunnan elects new governor

Ruan Chengfa was elected governor of southwest China's Yunnan Province on Saturday.

He was elected at the fifth session of the 12th Yunnan Provincial People's Congress.

Ruan, born in 1957, is a native of Wuhan City, Hubei Province. He was appointed as acting governor of Yunnan Province in December 2016. Endi
