New governor elected in east China's Anhui

Li Guoying was elected governor of east China's Anhui Province on Saturday.

He was elected at the seventh session of the 12th Anhui Provincial People's Congress.

Born in 1964, Li is a native of Yuzhou, Henan Province. He was appointed acting governor of Anhui in September 2016. Endi
