Paris CAC 40 index down 0.25 percent Thursday

Down 0.25 percent to 4,841 points by closing on Thursday, the benchmark French stock exchange index CAC 40 recorded a fourth consecutive session of decrease.

In four sessions, the index showed a cumulative loss of 1.7 percent.

Zodiac added a whopping 22.9 percent, Remy Cointreau increased by 6.4 percent, ad BioMerieux rose 3.1 percent.

Safran dropped 5.4 percent after the announcement of the merger with Zodiac, Essilor also fell 3.1 percent, Klepierre lost 2.5 percent, and Total 1.3 percent. Endit
