China's treasury bond futures closed higher on Thursday, with the contract for settlement in March 2017 closed 0.232 percent higher at 99.355 yuan (about 14.48 U.S. dollars).

The June 2017 contract closed 0.188 percent higher at 98.425 yuan. The September 2017 contract closed 0.246 percent higher at 97.900 yuan.
