Xinhua, January 19, 2017 Adjust font size:

Vietnamese budget carrier Jetstar Pacific said here Wednesday that it will on March 27 launch a direct route between the Vietnamese central city of Da Nang and China's Hong Kong.

Jetstar Pacific will conduct three flights a week on the new air route, using Airbus A320s. A promotional campaign is running from Wednesday to Friday with air fares for the route starting from 288,000 Vietnamese dong (nearly 13 U.S. dollars).

Da Nang received nearly 1.7 million foreign visitors in 2016, up 31.6 percent against 2015, according to the municipal authorities. Enditem
