Terror group Boko Haram has claimed responsibility for the suicide attack on the University of Maiduguri in Nigeria's northeastern state of Borno on Monday.

Two suicide bombers, including a seven-year-old boy, attacked the university, killing at least five people and injured more than 15, according to local police.

Speaking in Arabic in an audio recording posted on YouTube, a man who claimed to be Abubakar Shekau, a leader of Boko Haram, said the group attacked the mosque inside the school premises as it considered its existence as "ungodly". (Nigeria-Attack)

KIGALI -- Rwanda has imposed a temporary ban on all imported poultry products from Uganda and European countries due to the outbreak of the deadly Avian Influenza (bird flu).

Bird flu, or Avian Influenza, is an infectious type of influenza that spreads among birds. In rare cases, it can affect humans, according to medical scientists.

Uganda has confirmed the outbreak of Avian Flu in wild terns and domestic birds which has led to mass deaths of wild birds on the shores of Lake Victoria in the country. (Rwanda-Poultry Ban)

LONDON -- Britain will leave the European single market, restrict access to the country by EU citizens and end the jurisdiction in Britain of the European Court of Justice (ECJ), Prime Minister Theresa May said Tuesday in her toughest ever speech.
