Spanish stocks inch down on Thursday

Spanish shares edged down slightly on Thursday, with the benchmark index IBEX down 0.01 percent to close at 9,407.40 points.

Acerinox led the fall by dropping 6.72 percent, followed by ArcelorMittal, Mediaset, Mapfre, Banco Sabadell and Indra A that lost 3.47 percent, 3.24 percent, 2.05 percent, 1.69 percent and 1.60 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Enagas led the gainers by rising 1.24 percent, followed by Iberdrola, Gas Natural, Acciona, Endesa and Repsol that increased 1.10 percent, 1.04 percent, 0.98 percent, 0.96 percent and 0.94 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 118 points and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.41 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Wednesday's closing time. Endit
