Chinese president appoints new ambassadors

Chinese President Xi Jinping has appointed two new ambassadors, following approval by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, according to a statement by the national legislature.

Chen Guoyou was appointed ambassador to Equatorial Guinea, replacing Zhao Hongsheng.

Cui Jianchun was appointed ambassador to Guyana, replacing Zhang Limin. Endi
