Xinhua, January 4, 2017 Adjust font size:

Singaporean President Tony Tan Keng Yam will pay a state visit to Cambodia on Jan. 8-11, where he will witness a signing ceremony of two documents, the Cambodian foreign ministry said on Wednesday.

During his stay, Tan would be received in separate royal audiences by Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni and Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath at the Royal Palace, the ministry said in a statement.

The Singaporean president will hold talks with Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen before the signing ceremony of two documents, it said.

The documents are a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in technical and vocational training and an MoU on health cooperation.

Tan is also scheduled to visit the famed Angkor archaeological park in northwest Cambodia's Siem Reap province. Endit
