Dollar changes hands in lower 116 yen zone in early Tokyo trading

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 116 yen zone early Friday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 116.31-32 yen compared with 116.50-60 yen in New York and 116.36-37 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.0567-0569 dollars and 122.94-95 yen against 1.0486-0496 dollars and 122.23-33 yen in New York and 1.0451-0452 dollars and 121.61-65 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Endit
