Xinhua, December 29, 2016 Adjust font size:

The main fragments of the Russian Defense Ministry's Tu-154 passenger plane that crashed in the Black Sea have been pulled from the water, the Russian news agency RIA Novosti reported on Thursday.

Russian rescuers have finished the main stage of the search operation at the plane's crash site, RIA Novosti quoted the Russian law enforcement agency's representative as saying.

Nineteen bodies were found at the crash site and were delivered to Moscow to conduct body identification and genetic testing.

The Russian Defense Ministry's Tu-154 passenger plane, with 92 people on board including eight crew members, was en route to Syria from Moscow when it crashed soon after taking off after refueling at an airport near Russia's Black Sea resort of Sochi early Sunday. Endi
