French stock market drops 0.01 pct to 4,848.01 points Wednesday

French stock market index, the CAC 40, dropped 0.01 percent and closed at 4,848.01 points on Wednesday.

The CAC 40 of Paris closed lower on Wednesday, down 0.27 points, with 23 of the 40 selected companies experiencing a drop.

The top three gainers were Arcelormittal, up 1.84 percent, Technip, up 0.78 percent, and Total, up 0.71 percent.

The three companies of which the stock prices dropped the most were Nokia, down 1.20 percent, Unibail-Roamco, down 1.21 percent, and Accor., down 1.53 percent.

In the previous trading day, the CAC 40 gained by 0.18 percent to close at 4,828.28 points on Tuesday, up 0.18 points. Endit
