BiH Jan.-Nov.exports up 3.9 pct year-on-year

Exports from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) amounted to 8.584 billion KM (4.592 billion U.S. dollars) in the first eleven months of this year, registering a year-on-year increase of 3.9 percent, local media reported on Tuesday.

According to data from BiH Agency for Statistics, imports during the same period reached 14.642 billion KM, up 0.5 percent year-on-year.

The European Union (EU) is the most important trade partner for BiH.

Exports to EU countries amounted to 6.188 billion KM from January to November this year, while imports from EU totaled 9.26 billion KM. (1 U.S. dollar = 1.87 KM) Endit
