US women beat 4x50m medley world record

The United States on Wednesday broke the women's 4x50m medley relay world record at the short course swimming world championships at Windsor, Ontario, winning the title in one minute, 43.27 seconds.

Alexandra De Loof, Lilly King, Kelsi Worrell and Katrina Marie Konopka beat the previous record of 1:44.04 set by Denmark at last championships.

Italy came second in 1:45.38 and Denmark finished third in 1:45.98. Endit
