Central China's Hunan Province elects new governor

Xu Dazhe was elected as governor of central China's Hunan Province Monday.

The election was held at the sixth session of the 12th Hunan Provincial People's Congress.

Xu, 60, a native of Liuyang City, Hunan, was previously acting governor of Hunan. He also serves as deputy secretary of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. Endi
