Search engine knows more about youngsters' needs than car giants: German economy minister

Xinhua, November 27, 2016 Adjust font size:

"Google knows more about young customers' needs for cars than Volkswagen, Daimler and BMW together," said German economy minister Sigmar Gabriel on Saturday.

The minister made the remarks at the national conference of Germany's Welfare Association of Workers (AWO) in Wolfsburg, the base of automobile giant Volkswagen, local media reported.

AWO is one of Germany's leading welfare organizations. This year's conference focuses on poverty, equality, integration and education opportunities. Endit
