10th Mostar Film Festival to open Thursday

The 10th Mostar Film Festival will open on Thursday in Mostar, southern Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), local media reported on Wednesday.

The film "Dead Fish Float on their Back", by Croatian director Kristijan Milic, will be screened at the opening ceremony.

The festival, which will be held until Nov. 30, will for the first time include films in the competition, documentary, student and children category.

According to Maja Lasic, the art director of the festival, seven films will be shown within the competition program, and the best will be awarded the prize "The Tree of Love."

The jury will also select the best main and supporting actors and award a best newcomer, added Lasic. Endit
