Senior CPC official meets Microsoft CEO

Liu Yunshan, a senior leader of the Communist Party of China (CPC), met with Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft Satya Nadella here on Monday.

Liu, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, said he hoped Microsoft would share its technology with China and contribute to cooperation between Chinese and U.S. businesses.

Liu also called on the United States to work on cyber security with China with an open and inclusive attitude.

Praising Internet development in China, Nadella said Microsoft benefits from cooperation with China, and will continue to work with the country to develop new products with world class standards and security. Endi
