China appoints new ministers of state security, finance

China's top legislature on Monday appointed three new ministers for state security, civil affairs, and finance.

Chen Wenqing was appointed minister of state security, replacing Geng Huichang, and Xiao Jie replaced Lou Jiwei as minister of finance.

The country's previous supervision minister, Huang Shuxian was appointed minister of civil affairs, replacing Li Liguo. Endi
