Spanish stock market falls 1.12 pct on Tuesday

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 1.12 percent on Tuesday to close at 9,040.70 points, down from the 9,143.30 points of Monday.

On Tuesday's session, Indra A shares led falls losing 2.92 percent, followed by Banco Popular, Merlin, BBVA, Banco Santander and ArcelorMittal that lost 2.70 percent, 2.34 percent, 2.16 percent, 1.94 percent and 1.94 percent, respectively.

On the other hand, IAG shares led rises climbing 1.32 percent, followed by Tecnicas Reunidas, Mapfre, Bankia and Viscofan that rose 0.59 percent, 0.33 percent, 0.25 percent and 0.10 percent, respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 106 points and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.25 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Monday's closing time. Enditem
