Russian oil export duty up 0.8 USD

The export duty on oil in Russia has increased by 0.8 U.S. dollars to 92.7 dollars per ton from Nov.1, the Russian Ministry of Economic Development reported Tuesday.

"The export duty on high-viscosity oil has also increased to 11.2 dollars per ton," the ministry said, adding that the export duty on straight-run gasoline (naphtha) rose to 65.8 dollars per ton, and on petrol to 56.5 dollars.

The export duty on other white mineral oils has increased to 37 dollars per ton, and on dark petroleum oil up 0.7 dollars to 76 dollars per ton, according to the ministry.

Earlier, the Russian Finance Ministry reported that the Urals oil average price amounted to 45.73 dollars per barrel between Sept. 15 and Oct. 14, 2016. Endi
