KMT leader arrives in Beijing for visit

Hung Hsiu-chu, leader of Taiwan's Kuomintang Party (KMT), arrived in Beijing on Monday.

Hung was received at the Beijing Capital International Airport by Zhang Zhijun, head of the Taiwan Work Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee.

Earlier in the day, Hung, who leads a delegation from Taiwan, visited Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province and paid tribute to KMT founder Sun Yat-sen at his mausoleum. Endi
