Luis Fabiano leaves Tianjin Quanjian - reports

Xinhua, October 28, 2016 Adjust font size:

Former Brazil international striker Luis Fabiano has left China's Tianjin Quanjian by mutual consent, according to media reports in Brazil.

The 35-year-old played a vital role in helping Tianjin Quanjian earn promotion to the Chinese Super League in 2017, scoring 23 goals as the club clinched the first division title last week.

Fabiano joined the Chinese outfit from Sao Paulo in January on a one year deal with the option of a second year.

The former Sevilla star is expected to announce his plans for 2017 in the coming days, the report said.

Fabiano was capped 45 times for Brazil from 2003 to 2013 and scored 28 international goals. Endit
