Dollar trades in upper 103 yen range in early trade in Tokyo

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 103 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Monday, marginally higher than levels seen in New York on Friday.

As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 103.92-93 yen compared with 103.80-90 yen in New York and 103.83-85 yen at 5 p.m. in Tokyo on Friday.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.0880 dollars and 113.06-07 yen against 1.0880-0890 dollars and 112.96-113.06 yen in New York and 1.0881-0883 dollars and 112.98-113.02 yen in late trade Friday afternoon in Tokyo. Enditem
