Jagielka pulls out of England World Cup qualifiers with injury

Everton defender Phil Jagielka has pulled out of England's squad for their World Cup qualifiers against Malta and Slovenia because of a thigh injury.

England host Malta on Saturday and visit Slovenia on Tuesday.

Following is the England squad announced by manager Gareth Southgate on Friday:

Goalkeepers: Fraser Forster (Southampton), Joe Hart (Torino), Tom Heaton (Burnley)
