BOGOTA -- The future of the Colombian peace process plunged into doubt on Sunday as a national vote on whether to accept the agreement with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) went down to the wire, with the No camp taking a razor-thin lead.

While weeks of polling had shown a clear lead for the Yes camp, the No camp led by 50.23 percent to 49.76 percent for Yes with 99.69 percent of votes counted. (Colombia-FARC-Vote)

NEW DELHI -- At least two Indian security forces personnel have been injured in a terror attack at an Army camp in Indian-controlled Kashmir late Sunday night, defense sources said.

"The terror attack took place near the 46 Rashtriya Rifles camp in the state's Baramulla district around 10.30 p.m. (1800 GMT). Heavy firing is currently going on between Indian troops and a group of militants who have not yet been able to enter the camp," the sources said. (India-Terror-Attack)

TRIPOLI -- A Dutch journalist was killed on Sunday in Libya's coastal city Sirte, as fierce fighting continues to eradicate the radical Islamic State (IS) group, online news Libya Observer reported, quoting a medical source.

A spokesperson of Misrata Central Hospital said the photojournalist, Jeroen Oerlemans, was shot in the chest by an IS sniper while covering clashes in Sirte, the report said. (Libya-Journalist-Killing)

NEW DELHI -- India on Sunday ratified the historic Paris agreement on climate change by depositing the instrument of ratification with the United Nations, officials said.
