Urgent: Colombian president admits defeat in national vote on peace deal with rebels

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos on Sunday acknowledged that voters had rejected a peace agreement between the government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), insisting that the ceasefire still exists.
