Three people died in accidental explosion in Leningrad region

Three people died, another three were hospitalized in serious condition due to an accidental explosion at the military training area in the Leningrad region of Russia on Wednesday.

TASS reports that no soldiers or officers were involved in the accident: victims of the explosion are employees of the private company Samara Vzryvotechnology.

Samara Vzryvotechnology rents a part of the military training area for the disposal of outdated explosives.

The incident occurred around 2:00 p.m. local time during the explosives disposal process. Endit
