Guangzhou Evergrand held goalless tie by Shanghai SIPG

Defending champion Guangzhou Evergrand ended two winning streak after a 0-0 draw with Shanghai SIPG on Saturday in the 26th round of 2016 Chinese Super League.

Guangzhou Evergrand should have scored through a penalty kick in the 45th minute, but Brazilian striker Goulart missed the target.

In the other match, Liaoning beat Yanbian with 3-0 at home. James Chamanga broke the deadlock for Liaoning in the 13th minute,and Nigerian Anthony Ujah scored in the 46th minute from Australian Dario Vidosic's pass, and then he scored twice in the 87th minute to seal the victory for Liaoning.
