Spanish stock market falls 0.25 pct

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 0.25 percent on Wednesday to close at 8,702.40 points, down from the 8,724.20 points of Tuesday.

On Wednesday session, Banco Sabadell shares led falls losing 1.51 percent, followed by Banco Popular, Banco Santander, ArcelorMittal, Repsol and IAG that lost 1.37 percent, 1.31 percent, 1.25 percent, 1.16 percent and 1.14 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Tecnicas Reunidas shares led rises climbing 2.79 percent, followed by Indra A, Gas Natural, Gamesa, AENA and DIA that rose 2.29 percent, 0.94 percent, 0.71 percent, 0.66 percent and 0.65 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 106.60 points and Spain's ten-year bond interest rate closed at 1.093 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Tuesday. Endit
