Hollande to meet Merkel in Paris to discuss Bratislava meeting

French President Francois Hollande will meet German Chancellor Angela Merkel here in Paris on Thursday to prepare for the EU meeting in Bratislava, his office on Monday.

On the eve of EU meeting of European leaders scheduled for Sept.16, Hollande will receive Merkel for "preparatory consultations."

According to the Elysee statement, the two leaders will hold a joint press meeting at 00:50 p.m. local time (1050 GMT) before sharing a working lunch. Endit
