Substitute Beric denies PSG chance to top Ligue 1 table with late leveller

Substitute Robert Beric scored an injury-time equalizer to help Saint-Etienne tie with Paris Saint-Germain who were playing their 1000th match at the Parc des Princes on Friday.

Lucas Moura broke the deadlock for Les Parisiens in the 67th minute by converting the penalty with a right footed shot to the bottom left corner after Kevin Malcuit fouled Blaise Matuidi inside the area.

Beric, however, struck to the top right right corner two minutes into the stoppage after a cross from Kevin Malcuit setting up the Slovenian forward.

With the 1-1 draw at home, the French champions were denied a return to the top of Ligue 1. Endit
