Chinese shares open mixed Wednesday

Chinese stocks opened mixed on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.02 percent to open at 3,091.33 points.

The smaller Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.01 percent lower at 10,860.12 points. The ChiNext Index, tracking China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, was up 0.01 percent to open at 2,223.02 points. Endi
